Return Eligibility

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products
Products must be new and in a resalable condition
Returns must be initiated within 3 days of purchase
We also accept product exchanges, for new unused items within 72hours.
Product Condition Requirements

We accept products that are completely new and in their original packaging.
Products must be returned with all original packaging and accessories.
slightly used products are ineligible for return .
Exchange Information

Product exchanges are available for unused goods only
we do not cater for delivery fees for returns and we do not offset from product cost differences.
Same condition requirements apply as for returns.
Exchanges must also be processed within the 3-day window
Exchanges can only be processed for items of exact same value or higher, we do not offset product differences.
Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed only for out of stock items and within 3 business days
Refunds will be issued in the original payment method.
All refunds will be processed in KES.
No additional fees will be deducted from your refund
